1. Create awareness of the issue and the impact of the UW withdrawal from the campus.
2. Build support from the community.
3. Aid in vetting ideas (Pro’s/Con’s) to help determine viability and sustainability
4. Identify potential partners in the emerging vision/help facilitate connections between individuals, groups, and county decision-makers
